In order to affiliate, all Clubs are required to have a Secretary, Chairman, Treasurer and all clubs are also required to have a Club Welfare Officer. Without these in place, your Club will be unable to affiliate to the Staffordshire FA. Correct details are needed for all contacts including address, date of birth, telephone number and email.
