The Staffordshire Football Association has introduced the Yellow Respect Armband initiative for the 2019-2020 season.
This has been put in place to remind everyone that the Referee is still subject to children's Safeguarding Legislation and therefore should be protected, encouraged and treated with respect.
We have put a video together which goes into more detail and this can be viewed below
