If you have completed the Safeguarding for Committee Members course but cannot access or submit the post-course questionnaire, please try:
Use Chrome or Edge – Avoid Safari or Internet Explorer.
Clear your browser cache – Refresh the page and log back into FA Learning.
Check for a duplicate FAN – If you have more than one FAN (Football Association Number), contact MyAccount@TheFA.com or call 0800 169 1863 (Option 1, then Option 6) to merge them.
Try a different device – Sometimes switching devices resolves the issue.
If still stuck – Email education@thefa.com with your name, FAN, and a screenshot.
Note: Staffordshire FA cannot directly resolve FA Learning technical issues.
