How do I resolve an issue with my DBS check?

If your DBS check shows as incomplete or there’s an issue:

  1. .Log into the Club Portal to view your DBS status. 

  2. Check your email for any verification requests.

  3. If verification is pending, arrange this with your club’s Welfare Officer.

  4. If your DBS has been completed but is not showing, contact FA DBS support via FAChecks@thefa.com.

  5. For further help, contact support@cfasafeguardingsupport.freshdesk.com
