Club Accreditation

Modified on Wed, 3 Jun at 4:53 PM

Club Accreditation is the FA's standard for Clubs. Accredited Clubs hold the FA standard for club governance, Safeguarding, Coach Education and pathways. An Accredited Club receives rewards, additional support and depending on star status access to grants.

Accreditation is the mark of a well run club, but you may see there are 3 different star status's. This reflects the number of pathways of which a club supports. The pathways are Male, Female & Disability playing opportunities.

1 Star - Supports 1 Pathway

2 Star - Supports 2 Pathways

3 Star - Supports 3 Pathways

Accreditation is completed on your Club portal and your star status is a reflection of the pathways that you provide.  You can see the Accreditation section on your portal, this will be the same as below.

To complete your accreditation you will need to have 4 green tabs saying complete. Attached is a template club development plan that you will need to complete and upload.

We look forward to supporting your club
